Refurbishment of Single Family Housing. Calonge - Sant Antoni, Gerona. Spain.
The overall concept of the refurbishment of this house is to maintain and highlight the classic character and the symmetry of the existing construction, eliminating the added elements that distort the façade facing the sea and proposing symmetrical volumes that emphasize the axes and focus the views.
For the interior distribution, we have sought to simplify the plant by removing the partitions that fragment the house into numerous spaces of small dimensions.
Of the architectural elements that remain in the reform we highlight: the large rectangular windows, the double height arcade that dignifies the façade that overlooks the sea, the tiles and the roof and the tower - mirador.
