Conclusion of works of an insolated single-family house

The intervention building is a single-family house, of three levels, located in the municipal term of Foixà. Constructed in a 50%.

The present construction was begun with a work license of twenty years ago and for many reasons beyond of the property the works were stopped. Until then already the earth movement had been made, the laying of foundations, the structure of the three levels, the work closings of the facades and the plumbing too.

The criterion to finish works wants to be respectful with the project displayed initially. The present built volume will stay and the materials will be defined of finished of the facade that will try the most integration to the lot.

The state of works, considering the abandonment of so many years, can be considered correct.

Even so, the substitution of different elements is anticipated, that still having and executed in first stage of works, they have been deteriorated and its substitution is advised.
