Residential complex: 4 single-family homes in the Masia Bach - Golf Barcelona residential neighborhood of Sant Esteve Sesrovires. Draft and detailed execution project – Phase 4
The residential neighborhood of the Masia Bach golf course is a privileged place due to the rapid road connection with the metropolis, the proximity of other large infrastructures and the views of the Montserrat skyline.
The 4 houses in phase 4 are organised by functional areas (day / night use / double parking) with a central axis of composition, which corresponds to the longitudinal axis of the plot and the direction of the views towards the golf track.
Since the land slopes down towards the golf course, the entrance is located on the upper floor.
As an aesthetic criterion, the “Wow” effect has been achieved at the entrance, through a reception-distributor space that connects all the functional areas and at the same time has a large window/balcony right in front of the main access door, allowing us to see the back garden through the entire floor.
