Preliminary Study of a Residential Complex of 29 Homes in Vélez-Málaga, Málaga. Spain
The two plots that are the object of the project are located in Vélez-Málaga, near the beach area in a residential - tourist area with great nearby attractions, such as the golf course or La Caleta marina.
As a first step, the two plots were analyzed: topography, orientation, accesses, neighbors and the limitations of the urban planning regulations, different in each plot, which led us to propose different residential typologies.
On the plot closest to the sea, the ideal typology is that of semi-detached houses, with a plot front (according to regulations) of 10m.
On the other hand, in the larger plot, having more than 3,000m2, we propose a typology of semi-detached houses, more similar to the residential complexes in the environment.
The overall architectural concept seeks a modern and pleasant image as a whole, with spaces for private use that take advantage of the views, with a functional program adapted to the needs of a holiday home and gardens with a careful landscaping treatment. High-quality colors, textures and materials will convey the unique and exclusive character of the promotion.
