Basic Project of 11 single-family homes in Cap Ras - Lança, Girona. Spain
The project includes the construction of 11 isolated single-family homes on a single plot, consisting of a ground floor, a ground floor and an underground plant. The execution of an internal road of private character and of exclusive use for the houses of the plot is contemplated.
Each of the houses has:
- A constructed area of around 550 m²
- 4 Bedrooms and 4 Bathrooms at least
- Parking for 2 vehicles inside the house
From the inside, the spaces voluntarily participate in contact with the outside, the views, the light, and on the ground floor they extend beyond the closings, terraces and landscaping.
The situation on the ground has been studied to facilitate views of the sea from each of the homes.
