The project tries to understand the privileged position of the plot, which is in a point of inflexion between the construction area and the green area that surrounds it. Therefore, it takes position in front of the sea with a respectful approach, with the architectural proportion and composition criteria.
The house responds to the classic type of house in slope, developed in two undergrounds floors, and two mains floors, putting special attention to the logical sequence of spaces, the correct circulations and uses, and the illumination and views aspects.
