The project consists on the design of 4 “wellness homes” located in one of the best golf courses on the Costa Brava, within a privileged natural environment.
It is a high level urbanization with spacious plots, wide streets with large landscaped spaces.
The houses are made up of a single floor with direct pedestrian and vehicular access from the street. All have cross ventilation with a central patio and guarantee direct sun, providing large solar catchments.
They have a landscaped space at the entrance and at the back, for private use, they have a beautiful garden with a pool and terraces to enjoy the outdoors.
Each one has a similar distribution, differing by its volume.
