Study for the design of 27 plots in St. Jordi d'Alfama, L'Ametlla de Mar, Tarragona.

It is the preliminary study for single-family houses, in a 45,200 m 2 area with plots of 1000m2 situated on the sea first line in St. Jordi de Alfama, L'Ametlla de Mar; Tarragona.
The project includes 27 houses with ground floor and floor, with approximately 200 m2 of build surface. Furthermore it includes a community use zone and green public area to ensure the integration of the set with the beach access area and the leisure and culture routes around the Castle.
From a few base elements and modules, there is a different solution for each plot. The unique architectural solution of each house is born of the encounter between the modules (for disposal in the ground) and numerous indoor-outdoor transition spaces: galleries, porches, gazebos, greenhouses, pavilions...
A garden by the living area, a garden for the suite, a semi covered terrace by an another room, the access path treated as a garden... all of them are individualized.
Vegetation: trees and shrubs in the area, climbing vegetation fences; jacaranda as chromatic contrast; aromatic plants - different for each garden.
