The project proves to understand the privileged position of the parcel within the Campins Residential urbanization, in corner with the access road to the urbanization.
The building takes the position from the parcel with a respectful criterion, not only with the effective city-planning norm, but with criteria of proportion and architectonic composition.
The extension responds to the classic type of single-family house, with parking in the underground floor, in the ground floor is the day zone (kitchen, dining room, living room, etc) and to the first floor are de night zone (rooms and baths).
