The house is organized around a patio and fits in steep terrain, through terraces and slopes.
The day area (living room, dining room, kitchen, living 70m2 in total) and the sleeping area (73m2 living) are separated by the patio and entrance hall.
Access is achieved by the upper level (the road). There is an outdoor parking, protected by a "pergola". We descend (via an external staircase) to the input (and all living areas of the house).
The house has four bedrooms (one main paternal-suite, two single bedrooms and a double bedroom), two bathrooms (one for the suite and the other for the other three rooms), toilet (located near the tourist kitchen), a kitchen and a large dining / living room, almost 40m2 of living space.
