Basic Project of 32 single family houses in Cala Tarida, Sant Josep de Sa Talaia, Ibiza

The plot object of the present project is Montecarlo urbanization in Sant Josep de Sa Talaia, Ibiza with 32 une family-detached villas. It has the principal access across a small road, Dentol street, which is only 1 km far away from Sa Talaia's beach.

From the perimetral ring of the plot start the streets network whith give access to the isolated villas that have ground floor + first floor and 300m2 of surface.

We projected 3 typlogies of villas that have in ground floor the access by court, opened foyer, living-dining room, tolilet and opened kitchen communicated with a room of service with bath. Likewise eventually a complete suite is projected in ground floor, for the type of villa with three suites.
In the first floor we can find two suites with bath and terrace.
We propose two parking for villa, under an exterior pergola.
Optionally, pre - designed but not of origin, we propose in the terrace a pergola-textile, with possible barbecue, and exterior Jacuzzi, like a chill-out space.
