This detached house is designed with criteria of sustainability, energy efficiency and eco-design, up to the requirements of a family that tries to combine domestic applications to agricultural activity and / or small businesses, typical of the region. It is proposed to place on the ground floor a parking, access to housing, machinery and local stores. The house, of 250m2, is situated on the top floor and is accessed by a staircase with elevator core.

The facade aims to build a vertical garden urban refrigerate and purifies the air and give sustainable housing criteria as well as environmental quality.
