The object of the assignment is the landscape analysis of the 5 plots and the design of a style book following the concept of 'Dream Home' where the client can personalize each of the spaces to generate unique and exclusive rooms.
The architectural concept is based on the traditional Empordà dwelling - the Catalan farmhouse (manor house) and aims to include construction techniques, materials and textures typical of the place, to generate a timeless construction, adaptable and integrated into the cultural and landscape environment.
