5 single-family homes in Peralada - Preliminary study
The 5 plots subject to the project are located in the residential complex of the Peralada golf course.
The project consists of the design of a housing prototype and the study of the volumetric impact of the combination of the 5 units.
The place is a high-level urbanization with spacious plots, wide streets with large garden areas.
The homes are composed of a single floor with direct pedestrian and vehicular access from the street. All have cross-ventilation with a central patio and guarantee direct sun providing large solar captures.
They have a garden space at the entrance and in the back, for private use, they have a beautiful garden equipped with a swimming pool and terraces to enjoy the outdoors.
Each one has a similar distribution, differing by their shape and volume.
