The project is developed simultaneously in three volums stepped that adapt Topographically to the slope of the land, that geometry in plant laterally staggers them according to the diagonal of the parcel.
This initial composition is broken with a projection on the main entrance that marks to the axis with the stairs, forming a glass box between the vertical composition of wood elements, the work planes of factory brick and the game of cover projections.
The different systems of overture and elements of closing from wood, still more sharpen the sensation of a certain rate and syntony in the volumetry of the project.

When project the garden, articulated a route from the main access of the corner of the land, so that they appeared different points of view, until getting to understand this will of counterpoint, rate and harmony, in a dynamic concept of the architecture.
