Preliminary project of 8 detached houses in Cap Martinet, solar Ibiza
El object of the present project is the urbanization Cap Martinet in Sta. Eulària des Riu, Ibiza, with 8 detached house.
The plot of 5.649 m km has an irregular morphology and very pronounced slopes.
With the initial concept of bring outer space in the interior of the houses, the houses are projected thinking that the spaces always have a personalized garden.
We project different topologies of houses those have access by a courtyard, lobby and parking area in the basement. Ground floor is for uses more public, such as dining room and kitchen, living room and different exits to the outside. On first floor there are three suites with bathroom and terrace. Normally and depending on the topography, it is on this floor where there are the fun area outdoor, swimming pool and terrace and barbecue spaces.
