Volumetric study for 11 single-family houses in Mas Pucams Area, Corça. Girona, Spain
The proposal consists of the design of a group of single-family homes inspired in a town with architectural typologies typical of a Catalan farm houses with traditional materials and construction techniques.
Each high-level house has a built surface area of more than 600m2 and a high standard finish.
To increase the attractiveness of the complex, a package of services is proposed for the residents of the complex located in the existing 1,500m2 farm house.
