The project area is a coastal strip in Panama City that currently has a width between 110 and 200m.
First we tried examples of coastline interventions in cities of different countries and we compared strategies and problems.
Then we found our objectives:
1.Design an attractive public space due to the presence of the sea
2.Improving the quality of maritime landscape through a balanced urban project with mixed functions
3.Restoring urban connections and cross paths between the promenade and the urban fabric to promote the enjoyment of these spaces.
4.Create new urban centres
5.Regenerate the social and environmental situation.
