The site of the project is a long strip of land of approximately 1,5km length just by the maritime promenade, also included in this proposal.
The basic concept is to reorganize the pedestrian path walk from the Port until the Colon Promenade.
The intervention is focused on the sculpture of James I, the paving design, the urban furniture and the gardening, in aim to creat a new urban space of encounter ald leisure for the people.
