Platforms with activities. Panama
La Calzada de Amador is currently only a place to pass through, the objective of this project is to create points of interest and transform it into a park and an urban recreational area with multiple activities. For this purpose, the proposal includes a section change and the creation of seven platforms looking at the canal.
The platforms are built on concrete pillars, prepared to host different activities, from the simple observation of the views to terraces and bars, parking areas, ski slopes, sport, small amphitheaters, fountains or water mirrors, areas with pergolas and shady areas to make the road brighter.
This type of intervention manages to maintain and even emphasize the linear character of the road with views to both sides, since the profile of the terrain is maintained and visibility is increased.
