The project is the product of a Municipal land transfer of an extensive green area (63% of total area) to guarantee the access and protection of the hills of Gustioni Park, in the town of St. Feliu de Guíxols, Catalunya.
The urban plan concentrates the building area towards the lower part to preserve the high parts of the park together with the privileged viewpoints.
An extensive landscape study is incorporated to the project to integrate the proposal with the rural character of the site. The urban structure has large private equipment, destiny to geriatric residence use, linked together with the public equipment and the public housing areas.
