PMU-07 La Punta, Calonge. Preliminary study
The PMU-07 La Punta sector is a triangular piece of land, strategically located between Unió Avenue and Països Catalans Avenue, right at the entrance to the urban center from the C-31 road (coastal highway).
Therefore, it is indicated to locate commercial and logistical uses of local interest, apart from the public equipment provided for by the POUM (Municipal Urban Development Plan).
This is an area that potentially floods every 500 years, located next to the Calonge stream. Therefore, special protection measures will be foreseen: water tank, draining pavements, design adapted to the topographical conditions.
The preliminary study of the PMU (Urban Renewal Plan) includes a volumetric integration study of the proposed buildings.
