The project allows the implantation of a grand scale geriatric residency, understood as a building complex inside a geriatric park.
The park will respect and emphasize the natural vegetation and the existing dry stone walls, trying to integrate the new building residence areas into a new landscape concept, with the existence of a central core service area.
The plan is also the extension of an existing neighbourhood called "Brises del Mar", which it will be separated from the new areas by a green belt located on the limits of the municipality.
The future growth tries to respect as much as possible the natural landscape. The new road system matches the disposition of the stone walls, which follow the natural topographic disposition of the territory.
