The area of this project is defined by the Master Plan of "Castell-Platja d'Aro" and the General Urban Plan as "Rambla Fanals Partial Plan".
The project tries to complete the growing of the town towards the north, with a spacious and open plan structure, which respect as much as possible the natural landscape, lean on the urban structure, the edification parameters, the road systems and the public equipments allowed in the Master Plan Modification.
The plan establishes a main road with width and forested sidewalks across the south-north sector which guarantees the continuity of the streets and pedestrian sidewalks.
The project also limits the volumetric housing area to a maximum of two storage height.
