Urban Plan Guadix Golf Resort
This Urban Plan has the aim to define and develop the future Master Plan of "Guadix Golf Resort", providing to the municipality of Guadix of a new tourist area: an urban development under the concept of a "tourist, hotel and residential complex".
It is about the construction of a golf course as centre of tourist attraction and reference element for the location of the rest of the complex.
In this plan we define the main outline for the basic communication infrastructures and their links with the existing ones, according to the municipal urban master plan. The plan also established the service and infrastructural resources for the complete sector and their connections to the existing ones.
A huge green belt contains the whole project and matches with the limits of rural use land.
