The proposal is the result of the City Councill will of building a new sports and educational area for the town of Altafulla.
The allowed land uses in this area are educational, sports, restaurant activity and the extension of the municipal graveyard.
The educational facilities are planificated in the space with less ground slope of the plot and their volumetric design will be resolved later in other study. The sports area is located at the end of the main acces road, paralel to the graveyard. Their entrace is located at underground level, through an open forum, which give acces to the sports pavillion and the covered swimming pool.
