The project is demarcated by the perimeter of the project units UA G1 Mas Nou and UA G2 Semí, established by the General City Plan, with a global area of 265 Ha. The especific assignment was the elaboration of the excutive urbanization project of Mas Nou hill.
An exhaustive anlysis of the urbanization was done, apart of the valuation and proposal of renovation of all the streets, sidewalks, pavements, installations and green areas. The project has special care with the treatment of all green spaces, to achieve a better ontegration of the urbanization with its natural surroundings.
