The main objectives of this urbanization plan are in one hand close the road circuit of the eastern part of Altafulla town, guarantee the continuity for pedestrians and cars with the neighbouring municipality of Torredembarra.
In the other hand, guarantee the access and preserve the green area of the protected beach area of Canavadell. The idea is to preserve the archaeological site of Villa Romana de los Munts, putting next to it the public equipment area.
We also try to preserve the natural landscape conditions of the place with the future urban system of roads and building areas. A 20% of the built area is reserved for public housing programs.
