Reform of the "Portal de la Pau" Building for Offices
The purpose of this competition is the integral building Rehabilitation Portal de la Pau and the urbanization of its outdoor spaces.
The proposal is presented in conjunction with the UTE Copcisa-Acciona Infraestructuras and as a company specialized in restoration Tonon, Venice.
It is intended to restore the original appearance of the building by extending the interior spaces and the restoration of the facades.
We've proposed a planning of work where they are considered qualities, analysis and stabilization of the facade, study of the structure, materials and everything that concerns rehabilitation or new implementation.
