This Project has the aim to define and develop the zone called "Paraje de la Veguilla" as a residential complex.
In this plan we define tha main outline for the basic communication infraestrucutres and their links with the existing ones, according to the municipal urban master plan. The plan also established the service and infrastructural resources for the complete sector and their connections to the existing ones.
A huge green belt contains the whole project and matcehs with the limis of rural use land.
