The area is an important point within the territory for being in a privileged position, limiting the sea and the Roman ruins of Els Munts, part of the historical heritage of Altafulla.
By studying the visuals, elevation, slope, the existing vegetation and the characteristic elements of this place we've determined the most significant values of this landscape and establish criteria to guide urban planning and architecture with strategies looking for optimal landscape integration measures that should be used from the conception of the idea until the final proposal.
