Landscape study of the Sant Vicenç estate. Raimat, Lleida.

The area of the study is the estate of Sant Vicenç, located within the area of Raimat in the province of Lleida, Catalonia. Raimat area presents a tradition on the cultivation of the vine, its landscape is defined by the agriculture and its geometry, and is the vineyard the great value of this place.
The study of landscape has been made on the total area of Raimat which is 3.000 hectares, and includes the 300 hectares of the estate of Sant Vicenç. That is for the idea of recognizes and give value to the various layers and elements of the landscape and the relationship between existing elements that relates the estate.
The road system major and minor, as well as the infrastructure that cross, the system of water canals and agricultural ponds, value structures existing in the area and at the same time agricultural buildings scattered within the series, the orientation of the vineyard, agricultural mosaic where prevails the vineyard and the continuity of its landscape as well as the existence of woodland and scrub in the areas of the mountains, they make up the elements of this territory.
Therefore, it is the structure of this landscape that defines the various relations of the estate and the possibilities of intervention that can give value and a new program to existing it structures.
