This Analysis document corresponds to the first phase of the study for a field of work that is located in Todos Santos, Baja California Sur, Mexico, and aims to achieve a genereal but exhaustive knowledge of those Markets where the business units that will compose the projecte belong to.
It is studied the hotel, restaurant and spare-time, and the residential business market,in a local way (Todos Santos) and regional (with emphasis on the Cabos), as well as international examples.
In conclusion, a part from the global vision, the study allowed reformulating project recommendations inside of 7 conceptual axis (sustainability, growth, excellence and exclusivity, design, activities, management and strategies) that from the design point of view and from the conceptualization of the proposal will be used and exploted.
