Landscape Impact and Integration Study (EIIP) for 11 Single Family Homes in Cap Ras, Llançà, Girona. Spain
The project develops an urban plot of 1 hectare and foresees the construction of 11 single-family houses in the middle of a sensitive territory from landscape point of view.
In its development, decisions will be made that will have a decisive impact on the final image of the space and on the landscape.
This project:
- Ensures that green spaces allow the preexistence of landscape value to be kept to the maximum and guarantees physical connectivity and visual permeability with the outside.
- Regulates the building to minimize visibility to and from the environment, setting appropriate architectural and color criteria.
- Establishes criteria for the conformation of green spaces that are extensive with abundant vegetation typical of the biogeographic domain.
The investigation of the maximum landscape integration, according to the scale of work and the level of detail of the project, has guided the decisions to make the proposal compatible not only with the maintenance of the values of the landscape, but also with the creation of quality landscape.
