Location Analysis and Landscape Study for the area of Cabo Santos, Todos Santos, Baja California Sur, Mexico.

This Analysis document corresponds to the first phase of the study for a field of work that is located in Todos Santos, Baja California Sur, Mexico, and aims to evaluate the viability of the new Master Plan Cabo Santos that will be developed in this area based on the particularities of the territory (factors of exclusivity, risks for development) and its competitive environment.
The location analysis has two components: the territorial vision at different scales, which includes aspects such as the geographic framework, the physical characteristics of the place, the environment, the landscape, the existing uses or the infrastructure, and the opportunity analysis, elaborated with our specific methodology to identify the best development opportunities.
Our analysis is structured, therefore, in five areas; 1. Territorial Framework, 2. Municipal Framework, 3. Physical, Landscape and legal Framework, 4. Economic and Funtional Framework, 5. Study of the 4C'S - Opportunities.
