Altos de Batele Socio-Economic Study, Panama.

In order to respond to the objectives that are intended to achieve in the proposal of the Master Plan Altos de Batele is structured into 3 technical units: the area of territory and infrastructure, the business environment and the environment.
The content of previous studies and projects under development in the area has been revised, expanding and updating the information on the existing situation in the territory. We have also studied the urban and infrastructural effects that result from the different strategic plans of regional or national scope, such as the Government Strategic Plan, the tourist vision of the Tourism Authority of Panama through the Master Plan for Sustainable Tourism and the Plan General Planning for Tourism, and the environmental effects that result from the Environmental Maps of the Corregimiento of Veracruz and the district of Arraiján, as well as those affecting all of Western Panama.
In addition it has deepened in the reality of the land making a study of the nearby urban centers and their dimensions, existing infrastructures and future forecasts, such as roads, services, ports and airports nearby, land uses, urban regulations, nearby tourist uses...
