Public tender for the adaptation and operation, under an administrative concession, of the marina facilities in the northern area of the port of Valencia South Dock
The competition is part of a large-scale transformative vision, a strategy that seeks to better connect the city with the seafront, improve the city-port relationship, incorporating the marina into the city.
The 41,500m2 area located next to the south dock is one of the largest areas of land in the concession; in addition, it is located in front of the marina, which makes it possible to develop this area as a classic leisure marina, with catering, commercial, nightlife, cultural or sporting uses.
At the rear, we propose incorporating a filter to protect us from the very close presence of the container port, as well as creating a green parking area. The concept is that of a new centre of attraction, to balance the intensity of use of the marina between the north and south docks.
