Mall and housing at beachfront

The proposal aims to link the two parks that the plot has at its ends creating a boulevard that crosses it. At the same time it generates a welcoming space as an end of another green axis coming from the east.
With this morphology, the project pretends to have direct views to the sea.
The result is a central dynamic space and two static areas in the south and east sides as meeting and access points.

The intention is to get a permeable shopping ground floor , with semi-outdoor spaces and arcades, and private housing at the upper floors.
