Proposal for Private Clinic in Cabeca. Andorra

The Clinic is located within a plot in Cabeca Urbanization, Andorra. Its location provides good communication with the city, but also a physical independence from the rest of the plots.
In direct contact with a linear green space and the river, its geometry responds scenically and architecturally to the landscape.
The Clinic consists in two buildings of 4 floors . Ppsychiatric clinic and center of personalized therapy are joined on the ground floor creating a large meeting space with dining rooms, therapy rooms, fitness center, spa and an auditorium.
On the upper floors a total of 40 rooms per floor, all en suite are proposed.
The roofs are green, taking advantage of this 5th Facade as public space.
