Conceptualization of Hotel Londres in Valencia.
The project is a rehabilitation of the London Hotel, an existing hotel in Barcelona street in the city of Valencia.
The intention is to make a new interpretation of the current hotel concept, in order to accommodate a typology for a specific segment of the society: a youth hostel.
The strategy aims to use the modernized facilities as a way to establish a BRAND, a hallmark of the hotel.
On the other hand, the aesthetic is understood as a CULTURE, we pretend to create a meeting point for ideas and trends.
Besides all this, we try to optimize space for the maximum business performance.
