The intervention of the field is delimited by the perimeter of the intervention units UA G1 Mas Nou and UA G2 Mas Semi that delimits the General Plan of Urban Arrangement of the municipality, with an approximated global area of 265,08 hectares.
The order consists on the elaboration of the urban project of the Mas Nou Mountain.
An exhaustive analysis became of the urbanizations, valued and proposed a renovation of the roads, green sidewalks, facilities, zones...
The project has a special careful in the treatment of all the green spaces to obtain the best integration of the urbanization in a natural space that surrounds it.
