1st prize. Contest of 33 public housing, Mas Balmanya Sector, Sant Feliy de Guixols, Girona.
The project is located at Vincens Martorell street, in Sant Feliu de Guíxols, Girona.
The property has 87.50 metres length by 30.00 metres width and it will be destined to public housing.
The main street is a street of 12m section, located to the west of the plot. The other limits are: to the north and the south, streets of pedestrians of 10m section wide, to the east a sidewalk of 7.50m and a green area.
The buildings have independent accesses, for vehicles and pedestrians, from the communitarian space access by the pedestrian path at the south face of the plot.
The buildings have the same typology of houses and common spaces (vertical accesses, circulations, parking lot). There are 3 houses types A-3 rooms, B-2 rooms, C-4 rooms, arranged by size and designed by a module which responds the functional necessities of the program.
