1st prize. Underground parking and arrangement of the surface of the gardens of Can Mantega, Barcelona.
The site for the construction of underground parking and the future arrangement of the area of the Can Mantega plaza is located in the district of Sants-Montjuïc, Barcelona.
The current site is a large area of 150x90m. that nowadays is used for recreation.
For the Underground parking and its construction we propose screen walls around its perimeter and two options for its structure:
- A structure in situ, of reinforced concrete pillars and slabs.
- A prefabricated structure of reinforced concrete pillars, beams and slabs of concrete and prestressed light concrete.
The document for the contest has been written together with the company Civil Management, consultants of civil work.
