Rezoning project of the PMU-06 sector: Camí de la Font –Rentadors St, Palamós

The PMU-06 sector is located in the urban growth area of Palamós, surrounded on three sides by another planning sector, with a similar building typology (alignment to the street). Currently there are industrial warehouses and unused plots in our sector; in total there are 5 land owners, one of them (Moradell i Fills SL) with 51.38% of the land.
The development objective of the sector is to transform the existing urban planning model, changing the current uses to a residential model, with a public green area in the center of the sector, occupying 32% of the area's surface.
The rezoning project defines the distribution of burdens and benefits deriving from urban development among the owners, regularizing the properties and placing the use in areas suitable for building, as well as the transfer to the municipal administration of the lands intended for urban planning systems.
