Property Division of a multi-use building. Segovia
The object of the project is an iconic construction from 1963, known as the Savings Bank Building, located in the historic center of Segovia, between Cervantes Street, Baixada del Carmen Street and Acueducto Avenue, very close of the busiest point of the Roman aqueduct.
The mission of the property division project is to define a separation of property areas. allowing the parts of the building that correspond to different functions to be developed separately (residential on the upper floors and commercial / bank branch on the lower floors).
