The PAU-17 “Farinera Almirall” Sector is a street block located in a central area of Vilafranca, between the streets of Igualada, Pere Alegret and Doctor Zamenhof. The approved urban improvement plan provides for the construction of 65 dwellings in blocks of flats with 3-4 floors, with underground parking and commercial premises on the ground floor.
The estate-division project accompanies the building project and the open space development project. Its mission is to define a separation of property areas that allows the development of residential buildings and other spaces with different functions (commercial, parking).
