It has carried out an amendment to the land subdivision proposal.
R1 plot has been awarded to Wadi AHS and R7 plot to the city of Guadix, this has set R4A and R4B plots.
The reploting incorporates Basis for establishment of Urban Conservation Authority, and has divided the percentage of involvement for each of the plots.
The aim of this project is the provision of a tourist area for the town of Guadix, creating a new neighborhood with a mixed-use concept: tourist-hotel activities and residential area.
The main element of the development is the golf course as a tourist attraction and structuring landmark for the rest of the buildings. The residential area will be implemented around the golf course, trying to establish the maximum relation with it.
The road system is formed by two rings: the golf course and residential areas lie inside, while the touristic activity and hotels with public facilities are located outside the rings.
Finally, according to the limits of rural land, the project proposes a large green area surrounding the development, at the site's periphery.
