Land Division Project. PAU-25 Porta del Vescomtat de Cabanyes. Calonge
The Land Division Project is drawn up to develop the urban sector PAU-25 "Porta del Vescomtat", located at the entrance to the Vescomtat de Cabanyes, planning area defined in the Calonge POUM.
The objective is the voluntary rezoning of the plots of the sole owner and the assignment of the land for equipment systems and free space, in order to obtain building plots classified as 6C (detached single-family residential) and 4d-HPO (Residential multi-family isolated-HPO).
All properties intended for systems (equipment, free spaces and technical services) in accordance with the law will be transferred voluntarily and free of charge to the Calonge and Sant Antoni City Council.
The two resulting building plots (code 6c and 4d-HPO) shall be awarded to the sole owner of the land.
