Reploting project. Cementiri 2D sector, Cassà de la Selva, Girona
The reploting project is developed at the south part of Cassa de la Selva town in the province of Girona, Catalunya, Spain. The area of 5.5 ha. is located in the sector called "Cementiri 2D" and the result of the new land division is in accordance to the General Urban Plan parameters.
The final proposal follows all the urban regulations which propose to complete the growth of the city in this area with an open and spacious urban type arrangement.
The projects close the south car ring guaranteeing at the same time the road and pedestrian continuity. At the same time, we respect the landscape conditions with their actual structure conditions.
