The project aims to refurbish a luxurious villa with an interior courtyard located near the coast. It is a detached building house, with garden and swimming pool, of traditional Mediterranean architecture.
The interior patio is the vital center of the home, the most unique and characteristic space.
The desired use is holiday housing - tourist use; the potential of the building to organize events and celebrations has been taken into account in the refurbishment project, which combines interventions in the interior with the improvement of the gardens.
